Mr. Vipin Parihar (B.E., MBA) is a visionary leader with extensive multidimensional experience across the Automobile, Telecom, Education, and Real Estate industries. Guided by the values, ethics, and blessings of his elder father Late Shri Braham Singh Ji Parihar and father Late Dr. Chiman Singh Ji Parihar, he laid the foundation of Speedwave Fuel Pvt. Ltd. in January 2018.
 
The inception of Speedwave Fuel Pvt. Ltd. was driven by a deep sense of social responsibility—aimed at supporting a clean-energy driven India. The company focuses on promoting green and bio-fuels, reducing environmental pollution, and generating employment across the bio-fuel and allied sectors.
 
This same philosophy of integrity, sustainability, and people-first leadership now extends into the real estate domain. The approach goes beyond development—focusing on building lasting relationships, creating trustworthy spaces, and delivering sustainable, future-ready projects.

  • September 2018: Corporate Office of Speedwave Fuel Pvt. Ltd. inaugurated by Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Hon’ble Central Minister, Government of India, along with Shri Ghanshyam Ojha, Mayor of Jodhpur.

Mr. Manish Kachhwaha brings over two decades of diversified industry experience spanning shipping, electronics, real estate, and automotive trading. His professional journey began in the shipping industry, followed by leadership roles in a reputed multinational electronics organization.
 
Parallel to these roles, he has maintained a continuous and strong association with the real estate sector since 2001, eventually culminating in his leadership position as CEO of Sphatika Builders. His strategic thinking, execution excellence, and market understanding play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sustainable growth.
 
A key pillar of his entrepreneurial journey is the tractor business based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The group is recognized as a pioneer in tractor spares trading, operating as a one-stop solution for a comprehensive range of tractor models. Deep domain expertise, strong supplier relationships, and operational excellence have ensured consistent growth since inception.
 
This enduring legacy is strongly influenced by mentorship from Late Mr. Om Dutt Kachhwaha, Founder and a respected veteran in the Jodhpur automobile fraternity, whose vision and industry standing laid a robust foundation for the business.
